Fun weekend!

We had a busy weekend. We attended a Bday party in Stillwater at "Teddy Bear Park" - Addie just loved it! Here she is, looking out the Choo-Choo train window.

Henry hung out, like the smiley boy that he usually is :)

We also went to the zoo, and took in the new Africa exhibit! Part of this was the ability to feed a giraffe - WOW!

4 teeth, and pulling up on EVERYTHING

Sure enough, #4 popped through on his 9 month birthday. I am guessing the pediatrician was right about 5 & 6, as he's drooling like a leaky faucet! I don't see anything yet though.

He is pulling up on everything - chairs, toys, his sister :) He's getting pretty good about balancing while he holds on with 1 hand and reaches for something with the other. We wonder how long it will be before he takes off on two feet? Addie was walking at 10 1/2 months, will he beat her?

9 months old!

He had his 9 month pediatrician appointment yesterday, and here are his official stats:

birth: weight - 8 pounds, height - 21 inches
2 months: weight - 14 pounds 2 ounces, height - 23 inches
4 months: weight - 16 pounds, height - 25 1/2 inches
6 months: weight – 18 pounds, height – 27 inches
9 months: weight - 20 pounds 14 ounces, height - 29 inches

In comparison to Addie's numbers:
birth: weight - 7 pounds 1 ounce, height - 19 1/2 inches
2 month appointment: weight - 11 pounds, height - 22 inches
4 month appointment: weight - 13 pounds 5 ounces, height - 25 inches
6 month appointment: weight - 15 pounds 6 ounces, height - 26 1/4 inches
9 month appointment: weight - 17 1/2 pounds, height - 27 1/2 inches

Only 2 shots. But the doctor said he's working on 3 teeth right now, not just the 1 we can see. :(

Tooth #3, 4 not far behind

Henry decided to close out May by finally popping through tooth #3. I say finally because it seems like it's been a long time in the making. And #4 is not far behind... (As a comparison, Addie still didn't have any teeth at this age!)

9 pediatrician appointment tomorrow, so we are interested in this "little" man's stats!
